Kristen is the creative, enthusiastic and high-achieving President of The Prosper Group, a digital marketing agency she co-founded in 2006. Her exceptional record of delivering results for clients is the force behind the firm’s growth and reputation for excellence.
Kristen brings deep expertise in digital communications, persuasion, politics and public policy to her work. As President of The Prosper Group, she served as a senior member of the Trump for President digital operation, overseeing a large portion of the email program, as well as leading the text messaging (SMS/MMS) and “America First” mobile app strategy, where her work broke fundraising records. Previously, Kristen led digital strategy for Governor Mike Pence\'s campaign, including online advertising, email marketing, and online fundraising. And during the historic 2010 election cycle, she worked closely with the U.S. Senate campaigns of Scott Brown and Sharron Angle, helping to raise a combined $20 million online.
Kristen\'s efforts to innovate and deliver results for her clients have won the acclaim of her peers, resulting in dozens of Pollie Awards from the American Association of Political Consultants and Reed Awards from Campaigns & Elections magazine. Although she\'s equally proud of the various awards given to The Prosper Group, she\'ll tell you that her favorite is still "The Best Use of an Online Game," which was earned for an interactive game modeled after the popular “Choose Your Own Adventure” style books of her childhood, called "Live Like Harry Reid."
Before founding The Prosper Group, Kristen served as Director of eCommunications for U.S. Congressman Dan Burton where she pioneered new digital tactics and overhauled the congressional website from a C- rating with the Congressional Management Foundation to an A+ rating. As a result of her digital prowess, Rep. Burton’s website won a coveted Gold Mouse Award – recognition reserved for the top 5% of congressional websites.
As Director of Public Policy for the Indiana state chapter of Eagle Forum, she built key relationships with lawmakers and successfully lead lobbying efforts. Kristen previously honed her campaign management skills running three top-tier races for the Indiana House Republican Campaign Committee in the 2004 election cycle, and she also set fundraising records for Congressman David McIntosh’s campaign for Governor.
Kristen is a passionate advocate for community service and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Family Institute. She is the former Co-Chair of the Indiana Federation of Young Republicans, holding the title on two separate occasions (2003-2005 and 2009-2011).
Outside the office Kristen can be found enjoying a good movie with her husband, Kurt, or taking her rescue dogs, Butch and Sundance for a walk. During NFL season, you\'ll find her cheering on her beloved Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil stadium.
